Programmando il tuo viaggio, non dimenticare il Botanical Garden Alpinum Schatzalp e di decidere dove andare a mangiare: questo locale è proprio accanto a questa attrazione. La cucina svizzera è molto ben fatta in questo ristorante. Al ristorante Restaurant Bundnerstubli, gli ospiti possono ordinare dei bistecca succulenta, entrecote e schnitzel curatissimi. Difficilmente ti scorderai dell'ottimo vino che puoi assaggiare qui.

Overall, we had a fairly good meal at this restaurant. The menu is extensive and offers a wide selection of traditional Swiss dishes as well as international specialties (Japanese, Italian, French cuisine, etc.). In general, however, the names of the dishes are excessively and unjustifiably long and grandiloquent, in a style more typical of the last century. This aspect would be worth revisiting in favor of more concise naming — less is more. We chose the “salmon carpaccio” (which turned out to be fairly ordinary smoked salmon) and the soupe à l’oignon as starters. Both dishes left us rather indifferent. For the main course, we ordered the duck and the lamb with mint sauce. Both were truly excellent and largely compensated for the overall experience. The cooking doneness were spot on, the reductions and sauces were flavorful without being heavy, and the side dishes were also delicious — original and well paired with each type of meat. The dessert menu is somewhat limited and lacks originality. The desserts did not surprise us. Service was correct, the setting is pleasant, and the price–quality ratio is somewhat on the high side. In summary, this struck me as a slightly pretentious and overpriced restaurant, but one that nonetheless offers good cuisine and professional service. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
