Dopo aver visto il City Savings Bank Building, vieni qui per un pasto. Fanno una buona cucina slovena in questo ristorante. Prova a cambiare il tuo pasto solito e ordina i gustosi ceviche, pasta e insalate al ristorante JAZ by Ana Roš. Non perdere l'occasione di provare bere il loro delizioso vino.

From the moment that we came in! We were a late reservation in an already packed restaurant. We sat in bar stools at the chef's counter. (They offered us a table, but this was too awesome to pass up!) Our server was also the barista. He had a passion for the restaurant. He was committed to our happiness. I was so impressed that I gave him the menu back. I asked him to please serve us anything and everything that he suggested. What happen next was 3.5 hours of heaven! Seven courses, each described to us, with passion, by the artist who created them. In every bite, the world got smaller and smaller until it was just us, the JAZ team, the cuisine, and an experience that I will be thankful for my entire life. I was asked by the Chef what my favorite dish was, and I got lost in my answer! I couldn't possibly choose. The take away? In a restaurant where the employees are passionate artists, give them freedom to paint their canvas. You just might have a world-class culinary experience that will teach you to appreciate the hidden beauty of this World! My first but certainly not the last visit to this restaurant. Great vibes, discrete, yet very pleasant and welcoming staff and food to die for! I am a vegetarian but I can’t wait to bring my non-vegetarian friends here for a non-pretentious but soooo delicious food, great kombucha (and some good wine), charming atmosphere in the center of Ljubljana. Thank you lovely people at Jaz we will be seeing each other a lot (after all Zagreb is just a short drive away Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €50+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options- not sure about vegan.

Hidden away in town but worth finding. Good food, exciting taste. Something different. Winelist ok, would like to know which wines are the natural ones, which I don't like ;-) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
