Other drinks were not included in this promotional offer.You requested a Campari Spritz to go at the promotional take away price. While we understand the request, our staff could not apply the discounted price to a product that is not part of the take away promotion. Unfortunately, this was not acceptable for you.We find your reaction and tone towards our staff quite disrespectful, as we did not do anything wrong and simply followed the clearly defined offer and pricing policy.We always strive to be fair, transparent, and consistent with all our guests, and we regret that this situation was perceived differently on your side.We wish you all the best.

Dear Guest,Thank you for your review.We are honestly surprised by your “tourist trap” comment, as everything was explained clearly before you chose your table, and the same information is also clearly stated on our menu.Because our riverside terrace along the Ljubljanica is very popular and seating is limited, we cannot seat two guests at a table intended for four people while other guests are waiting. It simply would not be fair to larger groups. Just as it would not be possible to seat four people at a table designed for two.Regarding card payments, our terrace by the river is approximately 200 meters from the restaurant. Due to the thick walls of the historic buildings and interference from many surrounding businesses, the POS terminals do not have a reliable signal at the riverside terrace. For this reason, card payment is unfortunately not available there. This information is clearly written on our menu, and, more importantly, every guest is informed before being seated. We always offer the choice of sitting on our upper terrace in front of the restaurant, where card payment is available, or on the riverside terrace, where only cash payments are possible.We therefore do not understand why this came as a surprise, as you were informed in advance and had the opportunity to choose the seating option that suited you best.We are genuinely sorry that you left disappointed, but we do not believe it is fair to describe our restaurant as a “tourist trap” when all conditions were communicated openly before your visit.We wish you all the best and hope you enjoy the rest of your travels.
