Dear Sir/Madam, 12/10/2023. at 16:00 we went to the Dumić Outing. There were still empty tables inside, there were no employees at the entrance. We bumped into the waitress and she asked us if we had a reservation, to which we said we didn't, so she told us to just wait a bit so she could check which table we could sit at (her approach is normal). We stand at the entrance, even though there are many empty tables for two, and we wait a few minutes. A male waiter (or cook, I don't know, older age) comes out of the kitchen, comes to us and looks at us, a little uncomfortable, and is silent without having a good day or something like that (bulging his eyes). The silence and arrogant stare lasted maybe 20 seconds when he told us what we wanted (here we came to the restaurant to ask for some pants or a T-shirt) to which we said that we were waiting for a colleague at the table. He snapped arrogantly, "We're closed, unless we want something to eat." So I have never experienced this in my life!!!!!!!! If we don't want to eat, they are not closed, and if we just want to drink, we literally march outside. And on the board about working hours it says Sunday until 18:00. We left the restaurant at 4:10 p.m. Probably because we were "mountaineer trained, not dressed" we got neither a good day nor a goodbye. Horror, whenever and wherever at the very thought of Izletište Dumić, a huge negative review for access to guests!!!!!!!!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
