This place... I just love this place. I have been coming here for some 20 years with friends and family, and not once was I disapointed. The food is amazing and very affordable, i would recomend the Zagreb Steak which is huge, well stuffed with ham and cheese and you can pick in which meat will all of that be wrapped in. Personally, I find turkey to be the best choice. With the relatively recent restoration, this restaurant had received a well deserved facelift. It also sports a very large hall for events such as weddings, christenings or funerals. If you are alone or there is 20 of you, Vilinske Jame is a very good choice. Only 'problem' is, it isn't righr next to Samobor. You have to drive to Bregana first, then to the Croatian-Slovenian border anf then some 10 minutes more by the border. Parking is not a problem, you can order food by phone and just pick it up and eat at home if you feel like it.
