The restaurant is conveniently located next to the metro station, making it a practical stop if you want to eat before continuing your journey. Unfortunately, the service was very confusing from the moment we arrived. It wasn’t clear whether we should wait to be seated or choose a table ourselves. We stood waiting for a few minutes, but no staff member acknowledged us, which felt quite strange for a restaurant. In the end, we had to approach the staff ourselves and ask if we could sit at a table that had just been vacated. There was no warm welcome, and throughout the visit we constantly had to call the waitress ourselves to order or ask for anything. This made the experience feel unwelcoming and disorganized. The food was mostly good; however, one of the chicken dishes was undercooked, with some pieces still raw, which was very uncomfortable. Aside from that, the rest of the plate was tasty. We are used to a much warmer and more attentive service, especially in Turkish restaurants, where staff usually check in and ask if you’d like dessert. Sadly, that welcoming atmosphere was missing here. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Service and food were great. Restaurant was empty at 8pm at night and they close so early. Better to eat at the Istanbul in Flon to have a proper extended dinner/ drinks with friends/ family. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
