I've ordered food from this restaurant through UberEats before. I've also visited this restaurant. The food is always delicious, whether delivered or in-restaurant. The staff has always been friendly. But yesterday, I ordered two menus through UberEats, but unfortunately, I only received one. The food was cold, completely tasteless, and the tomato and pepper were so burnt they were edible. The portion was very small, and there were definitely no two whole skewers of kebab. The food doesn't match the photo at all. I hope they fix this and try to do better in the future. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 30–40

On delivery, I received a salad with which I had ordered a pide and a boreck. Fortunately the just eat delivery man was friendly and kind. He went back to istanbleu and brought back the rest of my order.... but it wasn't the right one. Disappointed with the organization of this restaurant. When you don't know how to manage all the requests you have to know how to play at a minimum..... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
