Since we have already received a similar review from another guest in your group, we would like to address the circumstances of the evening at this point. Your reservation was rescheduled twice over the phone, and when you tried to reach us a third time during ongoing evening service, we were unfortunately unable to answer the call. We would like to apologize for this. When you arrived around 9:30 p.m., we immediately offered you a table and the opportunity to start straight away with the main courses, as our kitchen closes at 10 p.m. We are sorry that this solution did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed. We take all feedback seriously and always strive to provide all guests with a pleasant experience. We would be pleased if you gave us another chance in the future to convince you of our hospitality.
