Cosa positiva: i primi erano buoni e la pizza cotta al punto giusto. Cose da rivedere: lo sconto The Fork al 50% ci hanno fatto sapere che era valido solo se prendevamo 2 portate a testa, mentre nella app, al momento della prenotazione non era specificato. La cameriera, quando porta l'antipasto e le casca roba dal piatto portata non deve dire "scusate" e lasciarlo lì ed andare via, ma semplicemente "scusate, ve ne porto un altro". Quando uno ordina un antipasto in 3, fatemi pagare 2 euro in più ma metteteci almeno 3 pezzi di ogni cosa che portate. Il centrotavola con fiori finti stile cinesi è orrendo, meglio niente. Ie fette di pane che ci hanno dato erano del giorno prima. Un piatto e 2 posate non erano pulite adeguatamente. consiglio vivamente di revisionare la lavastoviglie e di vedere meglio cosa mettete in tavola. RISPOSTA: vi faccio delle osservazioni e voi x tutta risposta mi attaccate e mi dite di andare alla Coop? Guardi che c’è scritto sull’ App , se lei non ha letto mica è colpa nostra . E poi perché se ordina un antipasto in 3deve essere più abbondante? Chi lo decide ? Lei? Perché non ne ordina semplicemente 2 o 3? Io non ho mai visto nessuno andare alla coop e dire mi dai un pollo siamo in 3, però ne metta mezzo in più e le do due euro in più il pane lo serviamo sempre freschissimo , ma qui quello che non le è andato a genio è lo sconto mi sa . Ahimè pazienza

I booked well in advance about a month in advance for a lunch with friends, we were 40 people, I had been told that they would set the table in a horseshoe shape. When we arrived we found a room with two rows of tables on the right and left, which after placing to sit on the chairs in the center the backs of the chairs touched each other which made it impossible to pass to the waiters (I must say very efficient guys), we had to pass hand and hand between bottles of water, wine and dishes, the food poor, Starter that wasn't enjoyed by everyone, first tagliolini with truffle in a bain-marie in butter, ridiculous sliced beef with 4 pieces of roasted potato for dessert and we had to pay 5 euros more and then in the end after doing the math they come out to me that at the roll call 2 people didn't pay, I called everyone back with receipts in hand and the bill came back to us as 40 paying people and they continued to insist that 2 paying people were missing,, very ridiculous situation to the point that I asked them to close the register for me to see the total and we heard them say OK SO I WILL GET THEM BACK,, for me they lost 40 future customers.. Terrible behavior, deleted the number from the address book.. If give me a wotsap number I'll send you the voicemails of my guests with the screenshot of when they were made and then you'll see that you no longer want to talk and remember that the 2 receipts you're missing I'm one of those who took the 2 grappas and didn't get a receipt, as I repeat, I've never had a negative lunch like Sunday and remember that I'm a truck driver and I travel around a lot of restaurants but have never found anything like this...
