L'ospitale personale di questo disco bar sa mostrare quanto ci tenga ai visitatori. Rimarrai sicuramente contento del professionale servizio. ICON Club offre una vasta scelta di piatti a prezzi adeguati. L'ambiente spettacolare fa piacere ai visitatori e attrae altri clienti. Ma gli utenti di Google hanno valutato questo locale e non ha raggiunto un punteggio molto alto.

Shameful and completely unacceptable experience at ICON CLUB. From the very beginning the atmosphere felt hostile. At the entrance we were given a stamp and wristband without being informed that there was an additional entrance fee later inside. Once inside, we paid for the cloakroom (9 CHF) and when trying to access the club area we were suddenly asked to pay an entrance fee without prior notice. We decided to leave because this shows very poor transparency and organization. When we asked for our cloakroom money back, the employee reacted in an extremely aggressive way, raising his voice and shouting at one of us. The behavior was intimidating and completely inappropriate. The same unpleasant attitude was noticeable from the entrance staff, the bartender and the security personnel. The manager appeared, apologized and promised us free entry with complimentary drinks. This turned out to be untrue. Minutes later he returned to inform us that we had to leave because we had allegedly disrespected the same employee who had treated us in a hostile way first. We were pressured to apologize under clearly intimidating circumstances. After refusing, several security staff approached aggressively and we were practically forced out of the venue. The cloakroom fee was never refunded. The overall atmosphere of the club felt extremely uncomfortable. Honestly, it gave the impression that certain customers are not welcome. I cannot say whether it was because we were women or because we looked Latina, but the treatment we received felt noticeably different from what we observed toward other customers. It is particularly shocking to experience this in Zurich and in Switzerland, where a large part of the population is international and where professionalism and respect are expected, especially in nightlife venues. It is also surprising to see this type of treatment in a venue with a clearly multicultural staff. I strongly recommend reading the reviews before deciding to enter. It is worrying to see how many similar negative experiences exist. We will never return and absolutely do not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
