Servizio self service con una vista semplicemente impagabile. Nelle giornate limpide, calde e senza vento, pranzare sulla terrazza panoramica diventa un’esperienza che resta nel cuore: davanti alla maestosità del Cervino, ci si può concedere una buona birra e un abbondante rösti, la celebre specialità alpina preparata con patate grattugiate e dorate, qui arricchita con uovo e pancetta. Un piatto sostanzioso e appagante, perfetto non soltanto dopo una sciata, ma anche per vivere con calma l’atmosfera autentica della montagna. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 20–30

This is a standard self-service buffet & bar at Trokener Steg station that is open from 8.30am to 3pm daily. They have a large large indoor and outdoor seating area and a fairly wide selection of savoury and sweet dishes as well as drinks. Prices are what you expect of places like this. There is a large amount of indoor and outdoor seating to accommodate many guests at a time. We grabbed a slice of Sacher Torte to enjoy at one of the available outside tables recently. It tasted fine. ICE served purpose on the day, would be fine to stop here again for a rest break to enjoy a quick drink or snack. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: CHF 10–20
