My recent experience at the Hotel del Riale in Parabiago was a mix of satisfaction and some disappointments. Positive Points: Top service The undisputed highlight of this hotel was the service, which far exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous, professional and always available to satisfy my requests. Their customer focus made the stay extremely pleasant. Negative Points: Small Room and Single Bed Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was disappointing. Too small and in fact, a renovation would be necessary. The fact that it had a single bed was an unexpected inconvenience, especially since I was used to double beds. For years I haven't slept in such a narrow space and on a single bed. Conclusions In summary, although the service offered by the Hotel del Reale was of a high standard and the staff impeccable, the disappointment came from the quality of the room. I would recommend the hotel to invest in a renovation and, if possible, offer larger rooms. The covered garage was much appreciated. Knowing that your expectations have been fully met fills us with joy. However, we do not deny our regret for your disappointment regarding the too small room. Our single rooms, i.e. with a single bed, just as your booking requested, are not very spacious. For greater comfort we recommend booking a double room for single use, which is larger and has a double bed. Thank you for being our guest. We look forward to seeing you on a next occasion.
