I came to this restaurant for dinner this evening and I was very disappointed with the waitress. The meal was good overall but when it came time for dessert it was no longer good at all. So I order my pear sorbet as written on the dessert menu. Here the waitress brings us our dessert and I tell you that she gives me a cup. However, under no circumstances did I ask for a cup of pear sorbet. I then took the cup and noticed a liquid in it... I asked the waitress if it was alcohol (I don't drink alcohol). She then told me that’s what I ordered. I told him that no, I had taken a “pear sorbet” and not a cup with pear sorbet and alcohol. She made this mistake twice. My companion also had a lemon sorbet and it came with a colonel cup with vodka in it. She didn't want to hear anything by saying that it was the name of the cup even though I took the time to look at the whole menu beforehand. She did nothing except contradict me and did not even deny apologizing and correcting her mistake by, for example, offering to bring me back what I had ordered. In short, I am really disappointed by such behavior towards a customer. No excuses. No order changes. No professionalism. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hôtel de Ville de Bulle ( FR ) : sympathique Restaurant situé proche du beau Château de la cité ! Bons souvenirs des parties de Loto interminables dont tous les Fribourgeois sont accros !
