We spent a wonderful evening at Com'ça! The food was above our expectations, inventive and complex flavour combinations. The service was excellent, our waiter being very friendly and attentive, providing detailed explanations for each course and each of the wines proposed. The presentation of each course had been well thought out and a lot of detailed attention had been put in to making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The wine pairing was very well suited to each of the courses. All in all a great experience that can be recommended highly. The atmosphere is very casual, with an interesting view of what goes on in the kitchen (a lot!), open to the dining area. While we enjoyed this part of the dining experience, some may find it either distracting or then the wonderful odours wafting around the room may be too much for some :). If the word “Excellence” found its best synonym, it would certainly be simply “Com’ça”. A big thank you for the welcome, the excellent meal, the kind advice and presentation of the dishes, everything was excellent from start to finish, a real concert for the eyes and the taste buds.
