L'albergo molto bello e accogliente si trova sulla riva del lago. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli. La colazione ottima e variata, il ristorante offre prelibatezze.Personale molto gentile e disponibile.Una nota di merito particolare a Martina (persona molto simpatica, cordiale, sorridente e competene) che, parlando italiano ci ha seguito e coccolato durante la cena e la colazione.Un grosso complimento anche a Jill e Jessica che si sono adoperate per l organizzazione del soggiorno e della cena.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel, was wonderful.. we were looked after with care and kindness, Louis on reception, could not do enough for us.. He sorted out all our travel arrangements and set up the Swiss travel app for us. He was amazing .. we had supper on the terrace next to the lake and Cara made us feel so very welcome .. This hotel is celebrating its 125 year anniversary. We were introduced to their celebration wine . Yummy ( by Louis) I have to say everything was fabulous. The hotel was spotlessly clean . The food was super . The staff were exceptional.. The location outstanding, Literally 1 minute from the train, boat, and bus stops. We loved it and will return .. thank you Hotel Vitznauerhof Service: 5
