L'albergo molto bello e accogliente si trova sulla riva del lago. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli. La colazione ottima e variata, il ristorante offre prelibatezze.Personale molto gentile e disponibile.Una nota di merito particolare a Martina (persona molto simpatica, cordiale, sorridente e competene) che, parlando italiano ci ha seguito e coccolato durante la cena e la colazione.Un grosso complimento anche a Jill e Jessica che si sono adoperate per l organizzazione del soggiorno e della cena.

We stayed at Hotel Vitznauerhof at the end of a three-week trip through Europe and were really looking forward to our time there. When we arrived, there was a mix-up with our room, but Philip went above and beyond to help us find a better solution, and I’m so grateful he did because we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel sits in one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Lucerne. We spent our days paddleboarding at sunset, relaxing in the pool, enjoying the views from our balcony, and taking the boats from the dock right next to the hotel to explore the nearby villages. One of the highlights was dinner on the terrace as the sun set over the lake. The breakfast each morning was also wonderful. What makes this place so special is that you can feel how much care and thought has gone into every detail. Combined with the unparalleled location, it creates a truly magical experience. We left feeling rested, grateful, and wishing we had stayed longer. We highly recommend Hotel Vitznauerhof and hope to return someday. Service: 5
