Since Achtien's departure, one has the impression that things are no longer going as they should. For example, wine accompaniment is not recommended. The sommelier in charge made a mistake: hardly any of the wine really matched the food. Always way too dominant!! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
