Evolène is a beautiful village in the canton de Valais. The Éden Hotel is situated in the heart of the village. I had a wonderful experience. I had lunch in the garden and there was plenty of shade which is always welcome on a hot summers day. The food was good and the service impeccable. The staff were also very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant

Clean rooms and shared toilet. Low score as our experience at the restaurant wasn't the best, very expensive for what we got. Wouldn't eat there again, but perfectly fine for a nights sleep.

Great food, view and services. We ate there twice, once during the CIME festivities, when they had a limited menu, still very good. Lasagna, both chicken and veggie was delicious, so was the burger.
