Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Metropole a Interlaken ĆØ stato piacevole. Il personale ha reso l'esperienza speciale con la loro cordialitĆ e attenzione. La posizione centrale ĆØ comoda e la vista panoramica ĆØ incantevole. Ć un luogo accogliente.

Bellissima esperienza ottima accoglienza del personale. Hello, we're a newlywed couple visiting from South Korea. We felt it would be a disservice not to leave a review for Hotel Metropole, which made our memories of Interlaken better than we could have imagined. So here are a few words. 1. Wonderful staff 2. A perfect view 3. Delicious food First, the staff were incredibly kind. Right from check-in, the receptionist noticed we were from Korea and greeted us warmly in Korean. When we walked into our room, we were welcomed with a fruit basket and heart-shaped chocolates, which we truly appreciated. Even without hanging out a "make up room" sign, staff would come by on their own to check in on us and see if we needed anything. And chocolates as a little surprise during our stay, on top of everything else! It's these small, thoughtful touches that made our stay so much more special. Second, the view from our high-floor room was simply the best we saw during our entire trip. The alpenglow on the Jungfrau from up high, the sweeping panorama of Interlaken stretching out below, and even a glimpse of Lake Brienz at the edge of the horizon ā it was truly breathtaking. In East Asian philosophy, there's a concept called "the beauty of moderation" ā beauty that is neither lacking nor excessive. I think that phrase perfectly describes the view from this hotel. If you're reading this review and happen to be assigned a room on the 10th floor, consider yourself lucky ā you'll be looking at what might be the best view in all of Interlaken. Third, we absolutely loved the breakfast. We had just come from Grindelwald, where the food was wonderful too, but the meals at Hotel Metropole were just as impressive. A menu thoughtfully designed for guests from many different countries, carefully set tables, and staff who greeted us warmly ā everything you could want from a great meal was there. There's an expression in East Asia, "Sikdorak," which means finding joy in tasting a wide variety of foods. Food is one of the most essential parts of any trip, and this hotel clearly maintains that standard beautifully. Truly, well done. If we ever return to Interlaken, we won't hesitate to choose Hotel Metropole again. Wishing you continued success and even greater things ahead. Sincerely, a newlywed couple from South Korea
