Very clean and pretty good for staying. Have everything you need. And close to everything, caffe, bar, restaurant, breakfast, dinner. Very nice people working there. Service: 5

We stayed at the hotel Franziskaner by CENTRA in Zurich for four days, and it was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, intimate, and has such a warm and lovely atmosphere. The service was kind and welcoming from the very beginning. Everything was clean, and the location was perfect. We also want to personally thank Duygu, the front desk receptionist, who made our entire stay feel so comfortable and special. She welcomed us with such a warm smile and provided service that truly went above and beyond our expectations. Every time we had a request, we received a quick and caring response. Highly, highly recommended — we will definitely be back! Service: 5
