I don’t know how it’s possible this hotel claims to have 4 starsbut wellin Italy it is possiblesticky air in the room- there is AC „available“, but according to the hotel stuff it has to be switched on by them. We asked for it, but they told us it is still „cold“ enough, we should just leave the windows open! We had a steet sided room so the traffic noise was really disturbing & lot of Moskitos in the room- so impossible to leave the windows open during the night, we did not sleep well! The mattress is as hard as a stone, we had backpain every morning. Thank god we did not take the breakfast option - it looked like everything but not 4 stars!! There are plenty of cafes nearby, better go there- or better don’t even book this hotel, because it is not worth the money, not at all! Maximum 2 or 3 stars, but never ever 4!! The only good thing is the location- nothing else- 600 euros for 3 nights and no good sleep, no comfort in the room- there is not even water provided! Ps: the hair dryer (probably from 1975???) is really dangerous!! There is no power at all, it takes forever to get your hair dry, plus: after 2 mins it gets so hot it burns your hand while holding! My advice for the owner of the hotel: the hair dryers should be removed in every bathroom instantly for safety reasons! Service: 1
