I enjoyed staying here. My room was cosy, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff are lovely. Easy to walk to the station, cable car and town. Good breakfast. It would be great to have had a kettle in my room, but I could get a cup of hot water for my tea whenever I wanted from the bar staff. Thank you Service: 5

Overall: worth coming, the old reviews should be removed. Rooms: basic but good. Beds are good. Curtains work. Walls are a little thin but fine overall. A place for toiletries in the bathroom would improve. Service: really great, everyone very friendly and helpful. Breakfast: basic but ok. Having oatmeal would make it much better particularly for active folks. They have proper coffee here, like you are in Italy. The cappuccino and espresso are great. Food: good, but I only had dinner once. Service: 5

We are having the family trip. Hotel Bergidyll nearby the train station as well as the cable car stations. The devil bridge is around 1.2KM away. The hotel bed quality is good and the lobby is warm. Service: 5
