Everything was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome at reception to the impeccable service throughout our stay, The Chedi Andermatt exceeded every expectation. The food was outstanding, the spa was world-class, and every detail was handled with genuine care. Housekeeping was also absolutely perfect. A special mention goes to Salvatore, the exceptional restaurant manager who truly went above and beyond. As two hoteliers at heart, we can confidently say that he embodies the true soul of hospitality. His professionalism, warmth, and passion elevated our entire experience.
