Comida espectacular y atención personalizada. Menú completo con muchos platillos y porciones pequeñas pero suficientes. Super recomendable. This was my husband and I’s first time eating at a Michelin Star restaurant and when I tell you we felt so spoiled. We decided to eat here while staying in Grindelwald for our honeymoon. It was literal heaven. The restaurant itself is so cozy and quaint, there are only 6 tables in the entire restaurant. When we went there were only 3 couples total (including ourselves) so it felt like we were truly cared for. The waiter was so kind and walked us through each course, answered our questions, and when we ordered some tea and mentioned how much we love tea (so much so that we gave it as favors at our wedding,) he brought us out some tea samples to take home. What was supposed to be 6 courses I believe, ended up being roughly 10-11 courses due to surprise moments in between. All of the food was absolutely incredible and I am still dreaming about the veal and roasted cabbage. The half wine pairing was the perfect amount for each course. Honestly, I feel as though 1910 deserves not one Michelin Star, but three. My husband and I are already wanting to travel back solely for 1910! Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free and the chef had absolutely zero issues accommodating for me. All of my food was impeccable. We enjoyed the experience of fine dining here at Gourmet by Hausers 1910! The Portuguese waitress was very nice and the two chefs also made the evening fun by visiting our table describing about certain dishes! Would recommend people to try it here!
