Beautiful location, room has lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. Very near to the Oeschinensee trails and cable car. Directly near bus stop and 5 mins walk to station. The staff is friendly as well. The hotel has sauna and spa facilities including an indoor pool with 30 degree water temperature as well a panoramic relaxing deck. The breakfast is also decent and they use mostly local produce. The rooms are spotlessly clean. However the rooms are a bit smaller. The room was also very warm despite not having heating on despite single digit outside temperature which is nice for winter days but it was warm for May. You need to keep the door open as it can't be tilted. We had the double room and the furnishing is basic. The mattress is too soft. They do have a capsule coffee machine but no mini bar. Shower is decent with all provisions and clean but the toilet was so close to the wall that it is uncomfortable. Nearby activities: One can take the trail to Oeschinensee or the cable car. There are waterfalls all around specially before summer when the snow is melting. One can visit the blausee which is 4-5 kms away ( there's a bus or if coming by car can park). Also Thun lake , Brienz , Interlaken, Spiez are all within 1 hour of drive) Safety: It is a lovely, quaint Swiss town. Food & drinks: The hotel has a small, nice restaurant but you need to book beforehand. There are many other restaurants down the street. Adler and Belle Epoque hotel offer a great choice of food and drinks Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Kid-friendly

Our stay at Seiler's Vintage Hotel was extremely pleasant and relaxing. From the warm hospitality to the personal touch of the hotel, we felt welcome and in good hands right from the start. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay particularly pleasant. A highlight of our stay was the generous room upgrade we received. The rooms were comfortably furnished and offered a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The hotel's spa area was also a wonderful oasis of relaxation. We would particularly like to highlight the initiative of Mr. Nico Seiler, the owner of the hotel. On an evening when the hotel's restaurant was closed, he personally arranged for us to make a reservation at another restaurant. This shows a high level of commitment and care for the guests. Additionally, we would like to mention that the in-house restaurant "Nico's Restaurant" offered a very good culinary experience. The food was deliciously prepared and the atmosphere in the restaurant was welcoming and cozy. Overall, we can highly recommend Seiler's Vintage Hotel. It offers a successful combination of hospitality, comfort and personal attention. We would stay here again at any time.
