Mediocre. The hot buffet has very limited and boring options. The veal and soup were good, the rest was shitty pasta or rice. Kitchen staff staring at you while you serve your food wasn't great either. It wasn't a terrible experience but I won't be eating here again when staying in the hotel. Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Praise for Restaurant Horizon10 @Hilton Zurich Airport! We truly appreciated their warm and welcoming service during our short stay while waiting for the airport shuttle. They kindly provided us with a latte coffee and hot chocolate. Both the female and male staff members were incredibly polite and accommodating. As we are Deaf, they used a note-taking app on their phones to communicate with us effectively. Such thoughtful and caring service made our experience truly enjoyable! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was cold and the menu didn't have a lot of variety to select from. The prices are high and we didn't really like it. The staff was friendly but didn't understand swiss german or german in General they where pretty nice so it's not that bad but in general its a hard pass! Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
