Esperienza unica nel suo genere, mai siamo stati trattati tanto male in un ristorante. Abbiamo chiesto di suddividere il conto perchĆØ partecipanti ad un congresso. Non solo non era possibile, il ristoratore ci ha detto che era" impossibile per il troppo lavoro" ma ĆØ rimasto per 10 minuti a gridarci addosso, pure nella sua lingua, nonostante con calma gli spiegassimo le esigenze. Per quanto riguarda il resto, attese molto lunghe. Alcuni piatti poco piacevoli e cibo non all'altezza. Non ci metterĆ² mai piĆ¹ piede. Come tante altre recenzioni, non si puĆ² essere che concordi sul non servizio. 45 per comandare. 30 min per lo sgombero del tavolo. E alla fine ormai era chiusa la cucina per comandare il dessert. peccato.

As a Vietnamese traveler who often goes on business trips and always tries Vietnamese food wherever I am in the world, I would say the phį» at Restaurant HOIAN BBQ in Lausanne is a pleasant and comforting experience. The strongest point is definitely the broth. It has a rich, well-balanced flavor and, more importantly, carries the familiar aroma of traditional Vietnamese phį». For someone who has eaten Vietnamese food in many countries, that recognizable smell of phį» is always the first thing I look for, and this bowl delivers that sense of home quite well. The beef was also tender and easy to enjoy. The location is another plus. The restaurant is close to a spacious parking area, which is very convenient, especially when traveling by car. Being near Lake LĆ©man also gives the meal a more relaxed and scenic feeling, which makes the experience more memorable. There are still a few points that could be improved. The rice noodles seemed to be dried noodles, so they need to be prepared more carefully to remove any remaining smell and create a fresher texture. The serving time could also be faster, as phį» should ideally arrive hot and promptly. Overall, this is a good place to enjoy Vietnamese phį» in Lausanne. It may not be perfect yet, but the broth has heart, the flavor is familiar, and for a Vietnamese person far from home, that already means a lot.
