Assolutamente orribile… location fredda e triste … personale inguardabile … cibo orrido … non hanno neanche i piatti solo panini … che delusione quello di Roma è super in confronto

We recently visited Hard Rock Cafe Milan and while the food was decent, the overall experience left much to be desired. One of the main disappointments was the cocktails—they were weak and lacked the expected amount of alcohol. Additionally, the service was quite poor. Another issue was the lack of communication regarding our reservation. We had specifically booked a table, yet upon arrival, we were not informed that the second floor—where the atmosphere and decorations are much better—was unavailable. This was frustrating, as the ambiance played a significant role in our choice of restaurant. On top of that, basic service expectations were overlooked—they even forgot to place a fork on the table, which we had to request separately. That said, the place itself was still beautiful, and we truly appreciate the restaurant company. We have enjoyed their locations in Budapest and Prague and will still continue to visit despite this particular experience. Hopefully, the management takes steps to improve both customer communication and service quality to maintain the high standards we’ve come to expect. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €40–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Twisted Mac Chicken & Cheese, BBQ Burger, Original Legendary Burger
