At Happyssimo, we aim to provide an exclusive area for relaxation. Here, guests can enjoy breath-taking views, taste international dishes, sip on signature cocktails, and experience dedicated service and comfortable furniture. We apply an entrance fee for both in-house and non-resident guests to maintain this high-quality service. The entrance fee for non-resident guests includes a towel, seasonal fruit, parking, two bottles of water, use of changing rooms and showers, a sunbed, and a sun umbrella. We regret to hear that a service charge was applied to the entrance fee. This should not have been the case, and we kindly ask you to contact us directly at [email protected] with your full name and the date so we can check your bill and arrange a refund. We understand your disappointment regarding the restrictions on access to other facilities. Please note that non-resident guests have access only to Happyssimo and our outdoor restaurant, L’ Agrumeto. All other hotel facilities are exclusively for the use of in-house guests.
