Dear ale We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, we were ā¦Dear ale We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately, we were overrun yesterday because of the beautiful weather. We produce fresh and therefore there may unfortunately be waiting times. Especially outside of the season, we cannot increase staff at short notice, and this has certainly come into play. What still surprises us is, what would you have had different about your bratwurst, apart from the waiting time? We have all of our meat products produced according to Urs Keller's recipes, so we are always interested in feedback. You are welcome to contact [email protected].
