Unacceptable Experience — Frozen Food and Zero Accountability I’m absolutely shocked by the way this restaurant handled my order. I bought two meals for myself and my elderly mother — both dishes were served completely frozen inside and were absolutely inedible. We returned them immediately. When I politely asked for a refund, the manager first agreed — and then said he “couldn’t process it in the system.” He told me to come back the next day. I did. And the next. And the next. Every time, I was told to “come back tomorrow” and the manager who promised help was never there. This is not how a restaurant should treat customers, especially when it’s their mistake. The food should never have been served in that state, and the refusal to take responsibility afterwards was even worse. Serving frozen food and refusing refunds is not just bad service — it’s unethical. It shows total disregard for customer safety, time, and respect. Avoid this place. There are plenty of restaurants in Zurich that actually care about the quality of their food and the people they serve. Price per person: CHF 20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
