Excerpt from the job advertisement: "You can fit in well in a strong and well-functioning team and keep calm and an overview in hectic times" We were guests at Härdöpfu Huus last night and had already mentioned when we made our reservation by phone 3 weeks ago that we would all be taking the fondue. Since there are apparently 2 sessions, we took the later reservation at 8 p.m. 7.55 p.m.: Landlady totally stressed, a large table and two small ones had to be served, one table was about to leave. We were sent out, we first had to re-set the table that was leaving, only then could we come back in... it wasn't like there were other tables free... Finally seated, we were allowed to wait another 5 minutes until we were served and the question was immediately asked whether we wanted the menu... - no, we had pre-ordered fondue. 10 minutes later we are finally asked what we want to drink... at 9.10 p.m. we got the fondue... the rechaud was empty, it wasn't until the third rechaud that it was finally able to cook... from her As stated above, we experienced the complete opposite! From start to finish the staff was in a rush, in my opinion not trained staff (if you consider how the service behaved, snapping at customers and pushing them aside and the fact that you have to run back and forth 3 times for 6 people... ) no efficiency, no friendliness, no welcome and we don't even want to talk about the overview! The main thing is that the really big table was inspected, the others around it don't seem to matter! The chef only visited the large table and did not ask other customers whether the food was tasty... For the cook: The fondue was delicious, unfortunately there were too many raw garlic slices in it, it doesn't have to be that way. Very, very unfortunate; never again for us! We come from Lucerne, so it takes 1 hour to get to you... so the 2 hour drive wasn't worth it, I'd rather eat in LU again!
