Been there—it's members-only—as a guest: + Modest entrance (a small lift in a corporate building). + Good reception that makes you feel welcome. ++ Spectacular view from both the lower-floor bar and upper-floor restaurant! - The food is underwhelming, to put it positively. It feels like an average 4-star hotel restaurant. - Average wine list, but above-average prices. - Service is cheerful, but some blunders happened during the evening (it's not the Four Seasons/Park Hyatt Level. Which is okay. But after some mistakes, maybe the coffee could be on the house? But of course not, as money doesn't matter to the customers, Mr Blume) Bottom line: Become a member to impress your business partner (or another important person). Have a pre-dinner drink, but then take an Uber Black to Kronenhalle, etc. Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We decided to spend New Year's Eve in Haute. We received the menu via email and I explained that I couldn't eat some of the items on the menu. The boss then quickly suggested delicious alternatives and was, as always, very attentive! When we arrived we enjoyed an aperitif on the terrace - everything was excellent. Afterwards we went upstairs and started dinner. Unfortunately, I noticed that my nose was completely blocked and I couldn't taste any of the food. I asked the service if they knew of a pharmacy courier so I could purchase a nasal spray. The employee was very attentive and asked me which nasal spray I would like. 30 minutes later I had the nasal spray on the table and was finally able to enjoy the sensational New Year's Eve menu. The fish was very tasty and the meat was cooked to perfection. That's why I always enjoy going to Haute - it combines perfect service, a great location and wonderful cuisine. I highly recommend it!
