Straight off the airplane, this was our first stop! The food was outstanding! Rustic setting, a little bit tucked away. So worth coming here. The owner/partner served us. He was so friendly, and charming. He makes you feel like an old friend. If you love crispy pork belly, you will really love this. You'll crave it! So crispy, yet moist and juicy. You can find them at the edge of split old town, in the green market area. We highly recommend this restaurant! Absolutely one of the best places to enjoy a meal in Split! Reasonable prices, good friendly service, in the middle of the market but you wouldn’t really care. Just pig out then chill! Amazing experience at Gudin Pigeria. We went for lunch during 1pm and it was rather busy but luckily there’s no queue. The service was amazing, waiters are very friendly and helpful. We had the crispy pig with grilled vegetables and it was delicious (the meat was not dry). They cater to your appetite and allow orders of half a kg (prices are halved in this case).
