We booked three rooms for two families with children at Griesalp Hotels, but we were not informed that there is no parking near the hotel, even though it is stated on Booking.com that free parking is available. The parking is far from the hotel, and transportation to the hotel is only possible via the hotel's own shuttle service, which costs 10 CHF per person for each trip. This additional cost was frustrating, as we had to pay every time we wanted to access our car. When we raised our concerns with the reception, the response was dismissive: "If you don’t like it, cancel your reservation." The rooms were very small, with low ceilings, and they did not match the pictures shown on Booking.com. I do not recommend this place as it is isolated from tourist attractions and skiing areas. You need to pay for transportation just to reach your car and then drive elsewhere for skiing and other activities. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
