Great hostel and restaurant with very kind staff. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The other quests were very mindful of the shower situation and were in and out. My wife and I were the last to get showers before dinner since our luggage arrived late and there was still hot water. Service: 5

This was our favorite place that we ate in Switzerland. Lots of charm and delicious food! Bunks were comfortable and the boot dryer was clutch. Great stop if you’re hiking the Via Alpina. Service: 5

Gorgeous family run traditional chalet that was full of charm. Stayed a night while walking the Via Alpina. There’s a lovely sun terrace for an afternoon beer. Dinner and breakfast were hearty, tasty and good value. The rooms are charming with lovely views. Toilets on each floor are shared and there are showers in the basement but this added to the charm for us as it just felt like an old family home you were being invited in to. Lovely touches like a slipper basket. Walls are thin but pretty much everyone staying was a hiker and so slept early. Great location right on the Via Alpina. Service: 5
