Ho provato il menù degustazione vegano al ristorante, piatti interessati e freschi. Unica pecca, sovraprezzo inutile di 10 euro per menù vegetariano e vegano.

Beautifully situated in the land space, and perfectly situated to explore the Brda region as everything is but a short drive away. However we felt the whole place lacks life and soul which leaves us discontented and uncomfortable. The hotel is entirely renovated recently, but overall the hotel seems cold and unwelcoming, and seems like it could be a business hotel anywhere in the world (unless you look out the window) based on the interior design. The cellar wine tasting room is impressive. Staff is not very warm nor engaging, and speak quietly most of the time which adds to the eerie feel of the quiet and empty hotel. We also had plenty of issues getting service - don’t come here if you want to be truly cared for. For example when at the pool we had to go to the reception to ask to be served there three times to get someone to come to us - apparently the same servers work the pool and restaurant so at busy times service at pool is lacking. The server from the restaurant was however professional and apologetic about the situation. We were also thinking of having lunch at the restaurant, but as there was no one around (other than the other two diners), and no one showed for a good 10 minutes we decided against it. Rooms are newly renovated too - but again lack character. There are also some odd design choices, such as no towel rails for hand towels, long curtains over the aircon unit and shower only within a bath tub which you need to climb into without any hand rails to hold onto. Breakfast was okay taste wise but the whole concept a bit strange - you only order eggs and everything else is just brought to your table, no questions asked (we got some fruit, bread, pastries, cheeses and meats). No one really explained to us how the breakfast worked until we asked. Overall we would not recommend Gredic nor come back for another visit - we experienced much better hospitality and facilities in other hotels in the region within similar price range. Service: 2
