Bel ristorante all’interno di un hotel. Lo chef ci propone vari piatti da un menu degustazione troppo impegnativo e una orata veramente ottima. Tutto molto buono. Vini sloveni di qualità in una cantina davvero notevole. Servizio con un cameriere molto bravo. Conto corretto.

Very impressed with both the hotel and the restaurant of Gredič! We stayed for 2 nights in an upgraded double room and thought the room was very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space and the bed was nice and large. We liked the bathroom and the shower's water pressure. The airconditioning was very nice. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the blonde woman! During our stay we dined at the restaurant twice, and both times were amazing! The food is remarkable, we especially liked the seabass tartare, gnocchi with ragout and the grilled squid. The accompanying wines were great and the service was perfectly adequate. During our second diner at Gredič, a storm came up which caused a defect to the door which spooked us a little. But other than that, we have no negative comments on dinner! We also had breakfast twice, both perfectly fine with a range of breads, fruits and some options for fresh eggs. All in all, we had a wonderful stay! Thanks to the great people of Gredič! Service: 5
