Il menu di cucina svizzera predisposto dal bravissimo chef è fantastico in questo posto. Potrai avere la certezza di trovare dei gustosi filetto americano, kama e sogliola alla mugnaia in questo pub & bar. Apprezzerai il suo cibo, sopratutto i curatissimi parfait e creme brulee. Ti saranno proposti un delizioso vino. È una piacevole esperienza provare l'ottimo caffè.
L'atmosfera ospitale del pub & bar Grand Hôtel et Centre Thermal dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero sveglio. Il simpatico servizio ti metterà a tuo agio. I prezzi abbordabili di questo locale sono una piacevole sorpresa per i suoi ospiti. Qui, l'arredamento fantasioso e lo spettacolare ambiente fanno sentire i clienti rilassati. Middle of the range hotel. 4 star but probably feels a bit more like a 3.5 star. Arrived on a Sunday evening. Couldn't get food at 10pm either at restaurant, bar or room service. Small town with limited transport links. 1 taxi servicing whole town. No uber. Rooms are clean and ok but bathroom starting to show age. Gym looked good and more modern. Service: 4

Very disappointed and will not stay there again. The hotel itself is average, has rooms which feel rather old and does not impress but nothing too bad either. The worst part comes from the attitude of the general manager that blocks any special request even when offered by his own staff. Better stay in places where one knows what "hospitality" means. The hotel is ok. The breakfast is nice and the receptionists are also nice. Rooms are clean and I'd given this place a better review if their response had been more humble with an acknowledgement of an error when the following incident took place. Long story short: I asked the receptionist to order a cab for me. I had to go to a place that was about 10 minutes away. When the taxi arrived I got in. The taxi was just a normal looking car. When I got to my destination I paid the driver with my visa card (tap to pay) and didn't really pay attention to what I was being charged (in part because the driver didn't show me the price as they normally do). When I got out and the driver had left I saw that the driver had charged me 154 CHF for a 10 minute ride that would normally cost 15-20CHF. I got very upset. There was absolutely no indication of the cost being 10x the normal price. The car was a normal looking car so I had no reason to ask the driver about pricing because I assumed the hotel would call a normal taxi service and not some super expensive service. If this is the normal price for this particular taxi company then I have no idea why the hotel would call them to order a cab. Who wants to pay 150+ CHF for a 10 minute ride. My best guess is that they didn't know OR that the driver actually just cheated me. When I wrote the hotel about the incident they said they were sorry to hear about the incident but that they were not responsible for this. I understand their response, but a high-end hotel should have trusted contacts and not just call some random taxi driver who cheats customers. THAT is where I feel the hotel is wrong. They do have some responsibility in this incident because a high-end hotel should make sure that when they provide services to their client then those services are trustworthy. Service: 1
