FH55 Grand Hotel Mediterraneo

Dear Gagan,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to read about the experience you had, and we sincerely regret that our communication did not meet the standard that guests choosing an FH55 Hotel deserve. We would like to clarify that we never charged your credit card. When booking through a travel agency such as Expedia, the amount shown on your card is only a temporary authorization held as a guarantee, not an actual charge. We fully agree that you are entitled to the refund, and we acknowledge that we did not communicate as promptly as we should have throughout this process, for which we sincerely apologize. For this reason, refund requests need to be submitted directly through the booking platform, and at this time we have not yet received one for your reservation. We would be more than happy to assist you further with this process. We also deeply regret any difficulty you experienced in reaching us regarding the parking service. We have looked into this internally, and while we were not able to locate a record of the calls on our end, we would really appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened. If you could kindly share a few more details, such as the date and approximate time of the calls, this would help us greatly in reviewing the matter properly and making sure it does not happen again. We truly value your feedback, as it helps us keep improving, and we would welcome the chance to resolve this together. Please feel free to reach out to us directly throught the expedia messages, we are fully at your disposal.Kind regards,FedericoManagement & Guest Experience TeamFH55 Grand Hotel Mediterraneo
