Great hotel, amazing service! The spa was awesome and we went every day after skiing. The shuttle service was really fast. Also, all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. We had a little problem with delayed luggage and didn’t have an international phone number, and the staff immediately went above and beyond: they called the airlines and gave us updates! Also, the rental skis were great. Overall gorgeous location, absolutely incredible service, and we will definitely be staying here again Service: 5

Great atmosphere as soon as you walk in, the entire receptionist team made sure we were welcomed like we were welcome in our place. Each of the team members, drivers, receptionist, bartender, waitrose, sommelier, room service, chambermaid, spa front desk, they were ALL absolutely fantastic! We are booking on our next stay soon.
