I would like to share with you a very upsetting experience that I had today with Adelina (photo of staff attached) Most of your staff at the airport have been very helpful and kind. However, today at Coffee Gran Cafe & food I was served by a woman named Adelina. She was very aggressive towards me and rude while taking my order. Adelina didn't want to serve me for no reason. I noticed that she was friendly to the customer behind. The only difference between myself and the customer behind me was our race so I wonder whether she had an issue with me because of this. I do not believe that Adelina should be working in a customer facing role if she is aggressive with customers.
