No decaf cappuccino! Here is the reason: The waitress explained that it costs the company twice as a normal cappuccino…the question: is it my problem? next time I will go upstairs to Spiga as they make no fuss about caffeine full or free cappuccinos. It is a shame not to get the drink you want when it can be done. Price per person: CHF 1–10

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie sich bei uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Wir geben Ihnen recht, dass es nicht Ihre Angelegenheit ist, wie viel uns ein entkoffeinierter Cappuccino kostet. Leider ist es bei der aktuellen Kaffeemaschine sehr aufwendig, koffeinfreien Cappuccino zu machen. Wir arbeiten aber daran und versuchen so schnell wie möglich eine Lösung zu finden.
