My colleagues and I went to the "Gasthaus Zum Rathaus" for dinner after work. I liked the great location. Eating outside in summer with a stunning view of the lake of Zurich and beautiful sunset is almost priceless. The whole set-up perfectly fits a romantic dinner and a stylish evening. Here's the experience in short: Atmosphere & Place 7 Ā½: the restaurant is close to the train station, you could walk there. It is located in a group of old Swiss-style houses by the lake. On top of that, there is plenty of parking. Good furniture quality and the restrooms are accessible to everyone. I didn't find the hand sanitiser, though. Menu 6: I opted for the Pata Negra sliced steak. I didn't read the menu carefully, and I was surprised when I received my plate because the meat was leaning over on a risotto scoop. According to my taste, this is not a great idea. The Pata Negra was delicious, but with some patience, I separated it from the rice. The wine list is worth a mention. Of course, we are in Switzerland, and the prices are crazy, but the selection is very well done. Service 8: The staff speaks good English and can help you with the menu. Having a clear conversation with the staff is not granted in this area, so well done! Bill 7: Prices are on average in the Zurich lake area. The places around here are costly. Meal type: Lunch
