Disappointing Service at Globus Restaurant, Geneva During our visit to Globus Restaurant in Geneva, we encountered extremely poor service from one of the waitresses. When we asked a simple question about the food, she responded with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude, making our dining experience unpleasant. It was particularly surprising that despite being Asian herself, she treated us with mockery, which left us feeling singled out and disrespected as Asian customers. Such behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, and it reflects a lack of professionalism. We have attached a photo that was taken during our visit to provide context to our experience. We strongly believe the restaurant should provide proper training to ensure staff are polite and courteous, regardless of the background of their guests. We hope that management takes this issue seriously to prevent other customers from facing a similar experience. I love the buzzing atmosphere of Globus Restaurants when you see so many people there having their favorite meals or drinks. I visit the coffee station there to take a break and enjoy a cup of coffee or a mug of hot chocolate, especially in the cold weather. Looking through the window to see the movement of people in the area gives you a nice feeling. The experience itself is awesome.
