Dopo aver guardato il Teatro Libero, vai a mangiare in Gino Sorbillo Gourmand Montevideo. In questa pizzeria, potresti ordinare i curatissimi pizza napoletana, melanzane alla parmigiana e spaghetti. Credo una pizzeria si qualifichi per come fa la pizza, ma anche per le pizze che offre. Capisco che i soldi siano importanti e le āconcessioniā alle richieste dai turisti, anche i piĆ¹ beceri, ma una pizzeria che fa la pizza allāananas ĆØ il posto in cui non consiglierei di andare e sicuramente quello in cui non tornerĆ² di nuovo. Non ĆØ solo tradizione: se il personale non capisce concetti tutto sommato semplici come quello degli āabbinamentiā, mi aspetto proposte inadeguate ed incapacitĆ di selezionare gli ingredienti. Pizza review #29. ( I started 34 days ago in Naples) Gino Sorbillo Gourmand Montevideo. The Trumpets are sounding and a Prince has been born!!! Hooray Hooray!!!!! As many remember this place is truly legendary from there orginal spot in Naples. The Mecca for many pizza fans founded in 1935. Although my last one in Naples(not the original) got a solid 8.8 this location was something special. This particular location is not in a tourist area and seemed somewhat new. All locals having lunch. We ended up here by accident as our orginal plans got sidetracked. With some quick thinking we saw there was a Gino's nearby. Always good advice in Italy to have back-up plans as restaurants, stores, churches can suddenly change hours or just close. Before I get to the Prince of pizzas I wanted to recognize two gentlemen who made this experience something. I happened to be seated with a direct sideview of the pizza finisher and runner. This gentlemen white gloves and all sole job is to do finishing touches on the pizza like cheese grating and EVOO drizzle and deliver to each customer. The video's show his professionalism and true passion for his job. I also included a picture of the pizzaiolo which well...... The pizza. The pizza.... this glorious pizza. It was simply a Margarita, but the crust was dusted with grated ricotta cheese. And yes its possible to shave ricotta, but only ricotta salata, a firm, salted, and aged variety. It added so much to the overall experience. Imagine a potato chip without salt, A hot dog without mustard, a hamburger without ketchup. This is the thing I've been missing my whole life and didn't know it. This crust although a bit more chew than most is truly a pleasure to eat. Think of the freshest of salt water taffy of your life. That great chew with some sweetness and the right amount of salt. The sauce was eat out off a bowl good. I cant find fault. The fior di latte cheese and buffalo mozzarella combo. Genius!! And lastly the pizzaiolo on this was simply sublime. We were there later in the lunch hour so this may have been his last pizza of his shift as when we finished the place was empty because they close at 3 before opening back up for dinner at 7. When something cooks in a 900 degree wood burning over in less than 2 minutes this is the ultimate skill. And this was the best cooked pizza of my life. 9.5 for the Prince of pizza in Italy!!!!!
