Absolute Heroes!!! Mille grazie to the 2 gentlemen who helped me after a terrible accident in front of their establishment!!! While walking west just as the sun was setting I was temporarily blinded by the sun and I walked right into a street sign that was recklessly leaning directly into the sidewalk, instead of standing upright, and smacked my face full force. It was loud and brutal and felt like I got hit by a baseball bat. The men from this shop must have seen/heard it and quickly and kindly tended to me. They brought out a chair and a large bag of ice as I gathered my wits about me. It was such a small act but so, so kind and timely and probably prevented me from having a worse outcome. So, while I never had their gelato, these incredible Romans showed love and kindness to a total stranger in her time of need and I am very appreciative. Next time I am in Rome I will visit their store and will probably laugh to see the sign still bent over into the sidewalk. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It is present on too good to go as Zucchero di Fiorani, but in reality in the boxes they give the remains of the hotel that hosts it. Then breakfast croissants and sweets (still good). But they should specify that they don't put anything from the Zucchero boutique, but instead the remains of the W hotel. Among other things, Zucchero is closed in the evening Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
