Vivaio carino e offerta ampia. Lo staff è disponibile. C'è anche il bistrot. Mangi e bevi tra le piante. Idea molto carina, fuori dal caos della città. Da riprovare!

Looking for a nursery in the area that made home deliveries, I found Gianicolo Garden. In fact, on the FB profile it is written in large letters. "stay at home, we'll deliver, write to us what you need". The day before yesterday I wrote my order, but they replied that delivery would not be possible before next week and an invitation to go to the nursery because they were open to the public. I went there this morning but the plants I was looking for weren't there. I expressed my disappointment about this to the guy who served me, underlining that I had listed in the email the plants (and also the terracotta pots, soil, etc. that I wouldn't have been able to carry in my arms anyway) that I needed. His response was: "But I didn't confirm that the plants were there." Even though I felt cheated, I asked when I could find the plants. I replied "come back next week". When I pointed out that we live in a lockdown phase and that we will only have to go out if necessary, the response was: "and what can I do?". So I asked if we could book. Answer: "No." And when I said that I came not to buy from the grown-ups and that I felt like I was being treated with little attention, the response was "You buy from others. What do you want from me". I am disconcerted by the rudeness of the young (!) owner of this nursery and I am very sorry, but unfortunately I must advise against going there.

In fact, plants, land and fertilizers were considered basic necessities and all people were absolutely justified in coming to us, which is why we told them to come back. The producers themselves did not have delivery availability before a certain date and therefore it meant not being able to book plants and only sell what we had at that moment. Nevertheless I find it difficult to believe that someone in the nursery could have used such tones as can be seen from the other reviews present, in the event that it happened I'm sorry and I apologize, but the excessive amount of work may have played a fundamental role .More
