Pagato 7,90 chf per queste patatine...la foto si descrive sola. Quantità ridicola! Peccato, ero una vostra cliente. Non pensate sia brutto prendere in giro la gente che guadagna soldi lavorando per regalarli a voi così? Io pago un servizio e il prezzo deve essere proporzionato alla quantità! Service: Takeaway

Tacos where quite good, suitable for its price i guess, the place doesnt have many seats for dining since they also do a lot of ubers, so the atmosphere is w.e by default. But do recommend to visit for their tacos or other stuff as there are a few more restaurants in the building or kitchen Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

We’re glad you enjoyed the French tacos and found them fair for the price You’re right, the space is currently a bit limited as we also handle many delivery orders, but we enjoy being part of a food spot with several kitchens and choices. Good news though , we’ll soon have our own place in Kleinbasel, with more space, a better atmosphere, and no more Uber focus, so you can fully enjoy the experience on site. Food was good but a bit expensive for what it was. We had to wait for a long time before being served even when the restaurant was not crowded at all. The atmosphere inside was very cozy and the fries were delicious, but the french tacos was not really representative of real french tacos. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 30–40 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Thanks a lot for your great feedback, Elia, we really appreciate it! Glad you loved the cozy vibes and the fries (they’re kind of our weakness too ). About the waiting time, we feel you! Just a little tip: via our app or on foodhero.shop, you can even schedule your order time in dine-in mode, so next time you can walk in like a VIP and skip the wait. That said, we also passed the message to our team to step it up for guests already on site and ordering at the kiosks. And for the French Tacos… we definitely went off the classic path on purpose. We wanted to bring our own twist instead of doing the same French Tacos everyone finds everywhere. Thanks again for your visit and your honesty, and hopefully see you back soon for round two!
