Abbiamo pranzato in questo grazioso ristorantino nel cuore di Parma. Ci hanno fatto accomodare nella saletta sotterranea che è veramente suggestiva e intima . Ottimo cibo e staff molto gentile. Et le fait de m'avoir servie un pavé de chevreuil poêlé, au lieu de la cuisson basse température (C.B.T),comme initialement prévue à la carte. Pranzo ottimo! Abbiamo preso come antipasto un tagliere di salumi del contadino con il gnocco fritto. I salumi erano davvero eccezionali, di alta qualità. Come primo abbiamo preso i cappelletti al ragù di strolghino e i cappelletti in brodo. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il ragù di strolghino, lo suggerisco vivamente. Infine abbiamo anche provato le costolette d’agnello, erano squisite, la crosticina e la cottura erano super azzeccate. Very famous place. The owners also have another restaurant in Parma. Excellent food, friendly and fast service. Absolutely worth trying. The place is very nice, with the possibility of eating outside. Two of us had: precious Parma platter, and the fried cake. Trio of tortelli and the old one of horse. Desserts: sbrisolona cake with zabaglione and tiramisú. Gotturnio red wine from 2021. All excellent. €91 for two. Left full and happy Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian dishes. Beautiful experience. It is located in the center and has a small glass window where you can eat in the heat as if you were outdoors. Restaurant with a somewhat cramped yet well organized and not chaotic environment on holidays (and therefore full houses), the lady at the cash register with glasses is very kind, does several things at the same time with an enviable calmness. Good first courses, excellent desserts and different from the usual, I took the ricotta mousse with apples and cinnamon, I was afraid it would be heavy but I didn't even feel it.
