Grill Take Away on May 18, 2023 My birthday was a 1.5 kg cake ordered a week ago, When I arrived here they were closed and my cake was sent to Hochfelden, but the worst was yet to come because when I went to pick up my cake, which weighed 1,500 kg, a cake weighing 4 kilos arrived, this is making fun of people. A cake costing 55 francs per magic trick increased to 120 francs. Then I order 1 and a half chicken and a dose of rice When I get home only 1 chicken arrived Today everything was perfect, but not for me, as I was the client. Unfortunately I am no longer a customer Try to respect and have more consideration for the people who have always been by your side since the first

Good evening Mr. Daniel Lopes I'm sorry about what happened! Unfortunately I don't remember your cake from May 18, 2023!!! Believe me after 1 …Good evening Mr. Daniel Lopes I'm sorry about what happened! Unfortunately I don't remember your cake from May 18, 2023!!! Believe me after 1 year and a few months, we have made thousands of cakes!!! Where we almost managed to satisfy customers!! Regarding chickens, unfortunately it can happen and we have to be humble to recognize it!! When selling hundreds of chickens a day, something can happen!! Of course it's not what we want!! But unfortunately it happens!! What can I say about the cake!! Sometimes I don't know if that was the case or not, at first contact many customers want a simple cake that's easy to make!! But when they send photos of the desired balls, unfortunately they are not simple!! And they are usually cakes that are impossible to make 1.5kg, most of the time customers are contacted, because of the situation, others we are unable to speak to customers because the contact doesn't work!! Like I said, I can't talk about something I don't remember!! I wish you all the best! We are sorry that you will no longer be our customer!! But it's your decision!! We always try to respect all customers!! I apologize André Rodrigues More
