We introduced self-service over three years ago, and our customers had the opportunity to give us their opinion and win a customer card. Regarding the prices: unfortunately you can't grind grain, bake bread or cool patisserie without energy. That is why we are constantly forced to adjust our costs to general inflation. In addition, our products are made with high-quality raw materials and, for example, we reduce, where ever possible, the sugar content and increase the cocoa content. All of this is reflected in the price. The sad reason why we no longer offer WiFi to our customers (but shouldn't be a problem these days) is that our WiFi has been misused for fraudulent activities.
